My buyers unfortunately lost their mortgage a month before completion which was a nightmare to hear. I put them in touch with Shaun Burke at Mortgage 1st to help get me through this process and save our move! He was outstanding and within two weeks went from talking to the buyers to application submitted, Mortgage valuation booked to offer sent out, in fact it was 13 days! This completely saved my sale and in turn my house move. We are now two weeks in to our new house and loving it. Shaun got a very nice bottle of Whiskey to say thank you.

Second time we've used Mortgage 1st and can't speak highly enough of them. Chris goes out of his way to find the best deal for customers (not necessarily the best deal for himself or the company). Would recommend to anyone, especially if you have circumstances that may make it more difficult than usual to get a mortgage.

We had a MIP fall through, and approached Mortgage 1st to see if they could help as we had an accepted offer on a property that had been reduced for a quick sale, so time was of the essence. We're still midway through the purchase, touch wood, but Sophie & Preet have managed to get us a concrete offer within ten days of our first conversation. Hopefully the solicitors can do their bit now, but the service from these guys has been second to none.

If I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would!
